To function at an optimum level as human beings, it is important that the balance of our physical, mental and spiritual heath
is even. In this day and age there are many
external forces
and obstacles which contribute to internal imbalance. If one element is out of balance, we often find the stresses and strains of everyday life much more difficult to manage.
As an holistic massage practitioner,
I work with clients individually to
help rebalance
their physical health, helping them to lead their everyday lives with greater ease. I am trained in Sports massage, Deep Tissue massage and Holistic Swedish massage, with added experience gained
training for my degree in contemporary dance.
I use a pleasant almond oil, which is mild and has no scent and I
find it suitable for all skin types.
Massage is simply a great way to help reduce stress and
tension held in your body, to relax and refocus.
